1. Administration Department Head Trainee
Job Description:
- Lead and monitor accounting and management processes at the branch.
- Direct budgeting processes (OPEX and CAPEX), including planning, monitoring, variance analysis, and financial reporting to support management decision-making.
- Manage cash flow planning, AR, inventory, and asset utilization to ensure optimal financial and operational control.
- Oversee day-to-day operation of several functions under the administrative department: finance, accounting, asset management, human capital, and general services.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government.
