Trainee’s performance and development progress throughout the Trainee program will be reviewed to ensure continuous growth and learning. Job Description:

1. Administration Department Head Trainee

Job Description:

  • Lead and monitor accounting and management processes at the branch.
  • Direct budgeting processes (OPEX and CAPEX), including planning, monitoring, variance analysis, and financial reporting to support management decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow planning, AR, inventory, and asset utilization to ensure optimal financial and operational control.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of several functions under the administrative department: finance, accounting, asset management, human capital, and general services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government.
  • Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, and Management. or Audit.

2. Parts Department Head Trainee

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage all spare parts business operations and inventory at branch to achieve targets and operational excellence.
  • Ensure the availability of parts to support customer operational needs.
  • Prepare and maintain parts demand planning including analysis, evaluation, recommendation, maintenance, and improvements to parts inventory levels through various distribution channels.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Analyze market trends to identify product support strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures of the parts department.

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

  • Maintain company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.

Job Description:

Job Description:

  • Compile and analyze financial data to support financial planning, including working capital and cash planning analysis.
  • Prepare Operational Expense (OPEX) and Capital Expense (CAPEX) plans.

  • Monitor budget and prepare management reports on budget performance.
  • Conduct OPEX and account-level cost analysis by cost center.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and maintain all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, including system performance, health monitoring, and automated backup processes.
  • Ensure smooth and reliable operations of all IT Systems, including Networks, Hardwares, Servers, and IT Services.
  • Manage data center operations & information security, covering power systems, access control, servers, databases, backup processes, and preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct system Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure security, performance, and capacity requirements are met.

Job Description:

  • Develop and support audit plans by defining audit objectives, scope, methodology, and sampling for operational, financial, and accounting areas.
  • Perform pre-audit and field audit activities.
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and adequacy of internal control systems, risk management, and corporate governance processes.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports, including findings, root cause, and practical improvement recommendations
