Field Operator – Soap
Job Responsibilities
- Perform operational shift activities at the Soap Plant by controlling and operating equipment and instruments to ensure continuous production processes.
- Prepare and ensure the availability of all raw materials required for production.
- Ensure operational safety in both process and rework areas.
- Execute tasks and work priorities as directed by the Team Leader and report work progress regularly.
- Support the achievement of productivity and product quality targets by assisting production activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Actively maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the assigned working area.
- Ensure all activities comply with quality, food safety, environmental, occupational health, and safety requirements.
- Immediately inform the Team Leader and coworkers in the event of emergencies or potentially hazardous situations.
Qualifications
- Diploma III (D3) graduate with no prior working experience OR SMA/SMK graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant industry.
- Possess a valid Hoist Crane License to Operate.
- Willing to be relocated to Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
- Willing to attend a walk-in interview at our office in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
