1. Commercial Project Channel Management Analyst
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management with Min. GPA > 3.5.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles.
- Proven experience in handling Technical Sales, Account Management, and Customer Support in related industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, costumer oriented, and eager-to-learn individuals.
2. Area Sales Manager (Retail)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Retail by coverage area.
- Preferably proven experienced in handling sales for Material Building (Pipe, Ceramic, or Board).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
3. Area Sales Manager (Project)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Specifier.
- Proven experience in handling sales for Government or Private Sectors (e.g., PDAM, PUPR, BUMN, or Mining, Agriculture, etc.).
- Able to maintain relation with Contractors, Consultants, and Project Owners.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
4. HR Associate
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR in manufacture or related fields.
- Strong experience in handling end-to end recruitment & HR Operations.

5. Drafter
Requirements :
- Min. SMK/SMA in related major.
- Proven experienced in handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design.
- Able to operate AutoCAD & Revit smoothly.
- Strong communication, detail-oriented, and well-organized individuals.
